What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time for ready to ship items is 1-7 business days (excludes weekends, holidays). This does not include shipping time. Once USPS is in possession of your order we do not have any control over how quickly it will be delivered. Please contact USPS regarding any shipping issues (lost package, etc.). 2-4 weeks for PRE-ORDER items.
Are your items made to order or ready to ship?
Any products containing the word PRE-ORDER are not ready to ship. Other items ship within 1-7 days unless stated otherwise.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of some of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue on our end, please contact sparklingnewbaby@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we can drop ship. Please fill your customer's information in for the shipping address and "DROPSHIP" to the notes section.
Do you take custom orders?
We only accept custom orders with a MOQ of 50+. Please email sparklingnewbaby@gmail.com for more information.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Please email us at sparklingnewbaby@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will try our best to resolve the issue promptly. We can not issue refunds,etc. if we receive an email past the 15 day mark.
